Our school is led by our Founding Principal, Jimmy G. Arispe. Jimmy has spent over 20 years working with children and families in Georgia and across the country.
He began his educational career as an elementary school teacher in Cobb County, Georgia and has worked in various leadership roles to include district teacher on special assignment, assistant principal, principal, assistant superintendent, superintendent, and school improvement consultant.
Jimmy enjoys spending time with his wife, Sheri, and their only son, Jake. He and his family are longtime members of Buckhead Church where both he and Sheri volunteer on most Sundays in the children’s ministry. Jimmy continues to serve as a coach for Jake’s various sports teams and enjoys watching him grow into a terrific young man.
Jimmy began developing the SAE model in 2010 from his direct experiences with schools, kids and parents, and selfishly for his own son. He worked relentlessly for three years with an unbelievably committed group of volunteers to bring Jake’s school to reality. Jimmy’s vision is for SAE to be an affordable, accessible, and diverse school for the greater Atlanta metro area where he and his family have been residents since 2004.
Jimmy is a hands-on leader and would love to answer any questions you have concerning our school. He may be reached at Jimmy.Arispe@SAEschool.org or by phone at 678-270-8767.
